How long do Temp-Tats last?
They can last anywhere from a few days, up to a week. It all depends on how well you care for your tattoo and where it’s placed on the body. Getting the design wet will initiate the degradation process, so if you want it to last as long as possible, place it somewhere on the body that allows you to keep it dry. I will include more detailed tips on how to make it last as long as possible with your order.
Custom and personalized orders
If you have an image of your desired tattoo design ready for print, I can make it into a Temp-Tat for you- no problem. Pricing will depend on how big you want it.
When it comes to custom making a tattoo, or modifying an existing tattoo, it depends on your individual request in terms of if I can make your idea come to life. I can print virtually any design or photo you'd like as a tattoo. Designs should be sent ready to print, or with only minor modifications needed.
Typically, I only accept a request to draw up a design from scratch if you’ll be purchasing a large quantity (over 50) due to the time it takes to create. However, feel free to reach out to me and we can discuss your ideas.
Sizing details
Dimensions for each tattoo in my shop are listed in the item details and listing photos show actual size. However, I am happy to modify a design's size to meet your needs. As far as custom tattoos, I can print as large as 8.5" x 11". If you need help deciding what size you need for your tattoo, I'm here to help.
Care instructions
Temp-Tats stay intact as long as they're kept dry. To keep your tattoo looking its best, try to wear it on an area that you can keep out of the water as long as possible. You can always wrap the area tightly with plastic wrap and seal with tape to shower while also keeping the area away from the facet.
A few splashes of water are ok, but complete submersion will cause the clear outer layer to wash off and the design will begin fading. Remember, it is a temporary tattoo after all, it's an accessory that's intended to last a few days, a week at best but it wont even last a day if the proper care instructions are not followed.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Temp-Tats are sent in thin plastic packaging, so it's not practical to wrap them in traditional wrapping paper, but I can make the presentation a little extra special upon request.
